[Whitespace] Technical Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Determining product requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

– Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

– Liaising with management, clients and managing team members,  to ensure projects are completed to standard.

– Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

– Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

– Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

– Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

– Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

– Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

– Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

– Building high performance and proactive teams in cooperation with different stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor/degree in Software Engineer/Information System or related qualifications.

– Minimum of 4 year of programming experience.

– Minimum of 2 year of leadership and organizational abilities.

– Previous experience with mobile solutions, Ecommerce, Loyalty and CRM solutions.

– Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills on various technology and development tools (Flutter, React, NodeJS, JQuery, Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, MongoBD, Postgres, MySQL, AWS, Docker, Heroku,…)

– Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.

– Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

– UX/CX understanding, digital marketing, growth hacking knowledge are plus.

– Can-do attitude.

– Creative thinking.
