Account Manager (HCM)

As a member of Google division’s Sales team, you will be responsible for inspiring prospects to work efficiently and smarter with Google tools like G Suite, Chrome Devices and Google Cloud Platform. You bring the value of the innovative power of Google’s products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, mobile and agile. Using your passion and trust for Google products to  

the division’s strategic accounts by building strategic, value-added customer relationships; providing cloud services to customers and ensuring meet the sales targets assigned.

  1. Selling the Google’s products and services.

  2. Supporting market expansion and product development activities of the division

  3. Supporting partnership activities of the division.

  4. Supporting managerial and strategical activities of the division.

  5. Supporting marketing activities of the division.

  6. Supporting other internal tasks/projects of the division.

  7. Other tasks assigned by the Head of the division

Yêu cầu:

  1. Previous experience of a Software Vendor (SaaS preferred) along with ability to understand customer industry and core business processes to maximize value with Cloud solutions

  2. Strong risk management and mitigation skills

  3. Entrepreneurial mindset being able to put yourself into the customers shoes and driving continuous improvement and optimization

  4. Proven communication, consulting and relationship-building skills.

  5. Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, legal, technical, finance, support, sales and marketing experts

  6. Demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations (technical + interpersonal) routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues

  7. Innovative, embracing the new and drive innovations jointly with the customer

  8. High levels of energy, creativity and enthusiasm

  9. BS / MBA degree preferred
