Salesforce MKT Executive (HN, HCM)

  • Well-studied Salesforce products and services as well as the Salesforce’s system along with its best practices.

  • Market research (qualitative and quantitative) and competitors’ analysis.

  • Strategic marketing plan preparation

  • Quarterly promotion strategy plan and implementation

  • Market trends and new developments research and business recommendation.

  • Salesforce Brand‘s growth along with Gimasys Brand and client retention.

  • Salesforce Brand‘s sales analysis and its performance vs. competitors

  • Formulating and implementing marketing strategies.

  • Gimasys Brand building bases on Salesforce, liaising with agencies to prepare advertising/ promotional materials and publications;

  • Preparing, organizing, executing and evaluating event, sponsorship and other outbound marketing campaigns/ activities for Salesforce solutions & services.

  • Planning, executing inbound marketing, demand generation, lead management and automated digital marketing programs to drive lead conversion and ultimately new business acquisition.

  • Manage the performance and effectiveness of all Salesforce marketing programs, lead generation campaigns and lead nurturing campaigns.

  • Responsible for all Salesforce Content Marketing with outstanding strategy and approaching method regarding each marketing channels.

  • Working close with sales team, marketing team and business development to get customer insights.

  • Development of materials for visual impact in line with brand guidelines.

  • Coordination with various trade partners, vendors or stakeholders on relevant events to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Yêu cầu:

  • Have 01-02 years of experience in the same role.

  • Used to prepare and execute inbound marketing

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to analyze data.

  • Good at English and IT skills

  • Good teamwork skills, communication skills

  • Commercial awareness

  • Numerical skills
