Senior Pre-sales (CRM Solution Engineer)

1. Pre-sales

  • Ability to engage target audience at pre-sales stage to discover business challenges via successful and targeted discovery meetings with prospects

  • Engagement with business users to define, create and implement (Cloud based CRM) solution prototypes and pilots, and then manage those pilots through their inception to completion for commercial accounts team

  • Ability to confidently present and articulate the business value of the Salesforce cloud-based application suite and platform to target audience & perform generic Demo to trigger interest

  • Hands-on experience and willingness to perform demo (limited) to illustrate solution strength & benefit

  • Demonstration of a working knowledge of cloud applications integration to existing business applications.

  • Management of multiple customer engagements simultaneously, with Salesforce Sales Manager & Salesforce Representative.

2. Service Implementation

  • Engagement with Salesforce service implementation, including requirements validation, projects development requirements, internal test, and development and delivery of training for both administrators and end-users.

  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

  • Provision of final QA/QC before client is ready to go live.

  • Support client’s Salesforce systems.Maintain ope

  • Professional communications with colleagues, partners, clients and vendors to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business productivity.

Yêu cầu:

  • At least 3 years experience in a comparable pre-sales position, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM solution to commercial accounts.

  • Data modelling skills are desirable.

  • Business Analysis and Business case construction to help justify technology investment

  • Experience in multi product solution selling, ideally in Commercial markets

  • Broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, Sales Automation, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions

  • Excellent English skills are a must to connect with SF Team & local customers

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.

  • Good presentation and demonstration skills.
