- Work with the Sales Manager to define account strategies, identify and close opportunities to drive business expansion within the accounts.
- Team with the customers’ technology and lines of business teams to build and strengthen the strategic relationships across these accounts, articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm, and while impacting all business groups.
- Work with the most senior levels within these accounts and help implement a broad strategy to earn customer acceptance and service implementation.
- Work with all appropriate company resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, Service teams and Professional Services) to support customers’ interests.
- Develop and execute against account plans, meet and exceed your goals and targets.
- Articulate compelling value propositions around Google Cloud services.
- Work with Google’s representatives to extend reach and drive customers’ adoption.
- Recruit new customer references.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- University/College graduated (IT, business, economics). Candidate with IT background is preferable.
- IELTS from 6.0 or equivalent is preferable.
- 1+ year experience in selling IT solutions for businesses. Candidate with experience in Cloud solutions is preferable.
- Ability to understand customer industry and core business processes to maximize value with Google Cloud solutions.
- Strong risk management and mitigation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, being able to put yourself into the customers shoes and driving continuous improvement and optimization.
- Proven communicating, consulting and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, legal, technical, finance, support, sales and marketing experts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations (technical + interpersonal) routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues
- Innovative, embracing the new and drive innovations jointly with the customer
- High levels of energy, creativity and enthusiasm.
